We are seeking to take to court a number of lenders who despite being unable to enforce their alleged agreements with you by taking court action are using alternative methods of recovery.

Most of these methods of recovery centre on harassing you by various methods, this includes;

  1. Calling you incessantly.
  1. Calling you at your place of work.
  1. Selling you claim to a third party who then begins the process of enforcement all over again.
  1. Instructing their own debt collection department to call you.
  1. Asking third party debt collectors to contact you by phone or door step visit.
  1. Sending weekly letters demanding that you pay the debt they say you owe which they cannot enforce through the courts.
  1. Using ‘contact services’ who are charged with calling at your house to see if you still live on the grounds that you have not paid so must have run off or disappeared, even when they are in correspondence with ourselves.

All of these methods are potentially a breach of both the Administration of Justice 1970 and the Harassment Act 1997.
